米国の医療保険改革法について

米連邦最高裁判所は６月28日、国民の大半に保険加入を義務付けた2010年の医療保険改革法（Patient Protection and Affordable Care Ac）tが憲法違反かどうか、最高裁の９人の判事のうち５対４で、同法の主要部分について憲法違反には当たらないとの判断を示した。
